RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you will love your order, but in the unfortunate circumstances that you are unhappy with our products for any reason, unless they are final sale /discounted/ special price items, they can be returned for a refund provided that the following guidelines are observed.
1. You contact us for authorisation for the return within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please email email@example.com quoting your order number or use our returns portal here
2. Goods must be received by our warehouse within 7 days of the authorisation being granted.
3. Goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and inside the original unmarked gift box if a gift box has been requested or added.
4. All items should be returned in the original cardboard outer carton which protects the gift box. If this is impossible then an alternative cardboard outer may be used.
6. NOTE: refunds credited will have the full shipping cost deducted if items are shipped using the free shipping option.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in delays processing the return, deductions being made to the value of refunds; and exchanges/refunds being refused.
We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered/traceable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.
Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred. Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty.
Please note- international orders (orders shipped out of the UK) are not refundable.
All Bodysuits, Swimwear, Intimates, and accessories are a final sale.
We are unable to process exchanges
Refunds are issued up to 10 working days of return. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please note that all sales of sale items (those displaying a reduced price and orders purchased with a discounted /special code) are final. No exchange or credit note will be offered against sale purchases and the conditions set out above will not apply.
The Cutt does not participate in price adjustment practised by some US based retail stores.
