We hope you will love your order, but in the unfortunate circumstances that you are unhappy with our products for any reason, unless they are final sale /discounted/ special price items, they can be returned for a refund provided that the following guidelines are observed.
1. use our returns portal here
2. Goods must be received by our warehouse within 7 days of the authorisation being granted.
3. Goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and inside the original unmarked gift box if a gift box has been requested or added.
4. All items should be returned in the original cardboard outer carton which protects the gift box. If this is impossible then an alternative cardboard outer may be used.
6. NOTE: refunds credited will have the full shipping cost deducted if items are shipped using the free shipping option.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in delays processing the return, deductions being made to the value of refunds; and exchanges/refunds being refused.
We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered/traceable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.
Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred. Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty.
Please note- international orders (orders shipped out of the UK) are not refundable.

We utilise all carriers and you will presented with the available carriers, depending on the shipping address at checkout. The cost of shipping is also presented DIRECTLY from your selected carrier at checkout. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our US based warehouse.
Courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. DHL Europe and USPS deliver on Saturdays
After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. If this happens you will be charged again to have your item shipped to you as well as any import fees that are billed to The Cutt Label.
Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Our warehouse is closed during Holidays . Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Depending on the value of your order, you may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs and import fees, you will be liable for any charges we occur due to your refusal as well as return shipping back to you. Should you no longer have a need for the parcel, you will be refunded MINUS any associated fees.
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.
